Hmm, personally, I thought the member/junior member idea was a good one, a far better approach would have been to have done what Killmachine himself suggested, delete him and force him to wait for 10 minutes to get a new password, it would also discourage people from doing it again.

I say let him get his wish and be deleted and then put the limit back to the 31 it was before, once a precedent has been set then people are less likely to stupidly spam if they know they will get booted.
