Germany reports 1.5% growth for the quarter, potentially 3% for the year. Looks like they are powering out of the credit crisis and dragging some of the eurozone with them. France seems to be motoring along as well. Wish we were putting up numbers like that, fingers crossed for next year because god knows we need the jobs it would create.

NO suprises in those figures and sorry Punishment, it is not Germany fault that a bunch of cretins have been running those countries for the last God knows how long.

As for the UK voting Labour for the last few elections, it would make no difference as both main parties are as bad as each other and have both implemented polices over the last 31 years that have in wiped out any real manufacturing - unlike Germany.
