Just upgraded from a gig to 2.5 and I'm getting the above. I'm assuming that it's one of the dimms being faulty - at the moment it seems to happen when I play a game for long enough, it's random though. I've got a memory tester but it takes absolutely AGES and I'm an impatient bastard. Anyone know what the odds are that it's faulty memory or motherboard, or perhaps a configuration option somewhere in the bios/windows/something?
