The only realy great thing Nintendo ever came out with imo was the gameboy. I understand that many were hooked on the snes, and it had some top games for the time. My machine in that time frame was the mighty amiga though:) so i missed the best of it. But imho times have changed, since i started gaming on a pc, the old hat driving, platform, shooting crap that will no doubt be the mainframe of the gamecube games just don't cut it no more. Rogue squadron 2 may look Ok now, but by the time the console comes to air, it will look pretty average, and you can bet your bottom dollar, it will play no different from both battle for nabbo and the original game but sell like hotcakes:( and get rave reviews, for being the same 3 year old game but with better gfx.
I remember the n64 looking pretty cool, shadows of the empire ect...

God yeah, the Gamecube looks tasty.

The release price for the X-Box has just been announced at $299 which translates to £299 for us:( .

The Gamecube is at $199 (£199).

I hear that X-box is now gonna be released on Nov 8 and GC on Nov 5.

I know which queue I would join.
