Game exclusive item key UK

I pre orderd from game and it has accepted the first 2 keys the HS code and Items code. but the third game exclusive item code (prefix PSEXBM) is coming up as not valid. is any1 else getting this problem or is it something to do with the prefix not being active on the server like yesterday when they disabled the SE HS prefix codes?

I had the "this is not valid message", but it does work. Had an email after a few hours and the item showed up in the mailbox ingame.

You simply have to wait, as they are prioritising HS keys first.

dont know what the game exclusive is just got a key for it oh well just wait and see if I get a mail for it as I have managed to login seconds after sending the codes but had no e-mails yet.
