Has anyone pre-ordered through their website?

I did on the 14th and havent recieved a pre-order key, they also havent replied to my emails asking for one.

Just wondering if anyone has recieved anything from them yet?

They probably didn't have any keys mate.

I wouldn't worry its only 4 days to go and my order is being picked and packed as we speak so with any luck will be able to register and get on early.

well my concern is they have now removed the war mammoth from their pre-order page :-/

I recieved the "your order has been processed" last night, but I'm starting to get the feeling the pre-order bonus will no longer be included.

If you want the mount that bad then go down to a GAME store they still have the preorder boxes with the mammoth bonus item.

I went down town this morning and had a peek inside and they are still doing them.

Personally i don't give a monkeys about something that you will get anyway.

Its not really to do with the mount, it's to do with supplying something that is/was advertised at the time of ordering.

While i'm not saying it wont be honored, i am saying it concerns me that game is the only site not sending out pre-order keys, and as mentioned before, everything I have read so far points to the pre-order key unliocking the bonus items.

Going to a local store wont be of any use because they have nothing to do with online orders.

If they just replied to emails I wouldnt have to express my concerns on here . I have no issues with them in terms of speedy delivery as they usually do deliver on time.

mine just arrived.
the case itself has a "GAME EXCLUSIVE..." printed on the sleeve, so its definately there, even tho its not mentioned on the order etc

so panic not !
