i've never bought a game from GAME, but i've heard if you buy a game from there and play it and take it back within 10 days, you can get your money back or another game. is this true?

I played monkey ball 2 for 2 days and took it back for a refund no probs.
If it's in the same condition as you bought it there will be no problem. Just tell that you didnt like it etc. and ask for a refund/exchange.

well do make sure you keep the recipt safe, i got sim city4 which had no manual containg the cd key inside and i was dumb enuff tp lose the recipt. few days later i whent back an they didnt replace it. even thou the lad behind the counter told the manager he remmmbered me buying it. mind im not to bitter as it was mainly me fualt fer losing the recipt

still, if the game isn't intact they should at least furnish you with a manual. if you call the publisher I'm sure they'll send you one out.

Does the 10 day return apply to dvd's? If so As I have just traded harry potter for xxx. Will I get all the money back or just money on top of the traded game, as I don't think they'll want to dig out the traded in game. ( Just out of interest mind as xxx will probably rock 
HMV do a 21 day guarantee of satisfaction, if goods are returned in perfect condition , I'm not sure if this allows you to return stuff you don't like.

yeah it is all true....as long has you got your reciept and is within 10 days we will return it for a refund or exchange...

What's the currant in-store price for, Res Evil 0 and a GC controller extension lead?
The in-store price should be put up along side the website price as it's a usefull reference tool for people who are going to be buying in-store.

One nr me sells 2nd hand stuff but as far as the GC goes you could buy all of it cheaper brand new elsewhere
