It wasn't the worst raid ever but considering there was 7fg I don't think it was on to be so arsey over someone saying, "if you don't run away I can rez", the activity in the CG was pretty minimal, tsille lead the raid for the most part and sorry dude I don't know what kind of day you had but you seemed pretty uptight from the very start :(

Yeah some of the people said some silly things, some people didn't listen either but given the lag (friend of mine had major problems even following and finding the zerg at times but no one complained there) it can be expected, especially if people are stuck to each other.

An annoying feature of the raid was also asking for drops and then either being too close to the zerg or not yelling so it was easier to know where you were, assist is ok if you happen to be targetting yourself but once or twice I found a bag of coins :D

It was a far from chaotic raid, it stopped when we did aroon, there was no real reason to be in such an uptight mood, hopefully the next one will be more fun...

uhm, As u maybe know, Diriah made almost all leading in the raid, so i dont know exactly what happened with that person who died, i was attending some PMs when it happened

Diriah told me that he was spamming CG , and going on with a lesser problem that already was solved, spamming the cg, the person got his rezz, and we had to move to entrance to rezz him!!!, when we were at conservators, u know that entrance is too far awy from conservators room, so what happened?, was he a AFK player? why did he advice us, that he was dead, at entrance, when we were at conservators ?, u all know that AFK more than 5 min is not allowed, unless u inform before the raid leader about that, and that person didnt inform us

that person was not banned from CG or raid, diriah only delete him his talk rights in CG, so he couldnt go on talking in CG, all people are confused about this

If u have any problem pliz, PM me in game, i will attend u, i dont want to see angry people

i hope that some things are clear now

Spamming the CG? Not like he was saying the same thing over and over, think he said about 4-5 sentences in total, spammage? :(

Personally I went afk for maybe 3 mins myself, told the grp, never knew you were supposed to pm the raid leader for more than 5 mins tho...

Shouldn't that be something grp leaders deal with tbh? Otherwise they have a minimal role in the raid and they are leading their grps, which is fairly important, deal with the grp leaders privately if you don't like what happens, saves public outcry, the reason most people think it looks unfair (with the exception of the more hard nosed) is because it was pretty unfair and strict all things considered.

you are expressing much hatred m8. Its good to voice your opinion but when you are offending a lot of people in the process through harsh words, the meaning of what you are trying to express gets lots in all the anger. Take head to the old saying, "do not underestimate the dark side"

Theres one thing ill standby through hell and high water. Gray of CF is one of DAOC's gr8 guildmasters. You will see nothing but calmness and friendship in his words in the game and on these boards. And yes if you hate the CF alliance so much its not like they are forcing you to stay in it (but it should be considered a privaledge not a burden btw)

As for the original post, dont think its too much of an issue. All the raid leaders that have been hitting galla have been doing a pretty good job (dizi, xfear, reign, tali etc......) Im sure that if you the peeps that got banned have a friendly conversation with them about what you did wrong they will explain it to you and you be unbanned instantly as it were. Just remeber flying off the handle doesnt help.... It just starts arguements and nothing gets resolved.

Why dident u let Sirene lotto for the drop , when she was on the hole raid ???? she ld for 1 min! Thats just crap!

He LD at same time we are lottoing the Shield, when he came back, the shield was already lottoed , it isnt my fault, and his fault neither, but it happened, he had back luck, and thats all, when he came back, the shield's winner logged etc

I let him to lotto of course, but when he got LD 10 secs before I tell the drop to be lottoed in the CG, nobody told me anything, and i didnt know, that he got LD and he was lottoing for the shield, so I went on with the lotto, when he came back, the shield was already lottoed, and winner logged, bad luck, thats all

and I let him to lotto for the staff after that bad luck, although he was lottoing for his druid ( he has an enchanter alt too i suppose )

is it all clear hestetun now?

and now ill ask u a question, Do u think that it was my fault ? :pP

Erm make your own raid - if you know the way/tactics and can type a post saying ... Galla raid on xxx - how hard is that?

Don't have to leave it to little Hitlers if you don't want too be your own central European dictator!

Methinks again some people need to get out more tis only a game after all.

I'll be distributing Diazepam on raid nights for those who need to chill lol

Sorry but that's BS. FYI i'm probably one of the staunchest defenders of Vengeance in CF, but I stand by what I said, the way that raid was led was with an iron fist, which for many people is a slap in the face.

I find it strange that you are all for the rules and regs when a Galla raid is in progress, but hate the rules in /as?

I had a lot of rules at my raids, but like 99% of the people who joined me will tell you, I was always flexable. I never got pissy about spamming the CG ( I did it myself so can't get mad bout it) and whenever someone got lost or needed a rez or to be picked up they always got it. I never left LDers behind or anything, and people could lotto for stuff for as long as they were on the raid, if they left early the didn't get to lotto for the items dropped after they left. I even spent a good 3 hours after the lotto's every time trying to make ppl happy when lotto's went bad.

Rules are essential for any good raid, but being unflexable will always kill the mood.
Besides, who the hell died and made the raid leader king/queen of Galla? Just because you organise something doesn't mean you're the god of the raid, you need the followers to anything, other wise you're just 1 guy with a plan and no action.
