Galladoria bugs UNFIXED now according to GOA

After telling me "Galadoria bugs have been corrected now."

I send "You sure about that??? " and "I will tell my server that you have fixed ALL the bugs in Galladoria then.."

Reply comes back:

"After further modifications, the corrections will be there on the 1.61 patch for Galadoria and some other bosses from SI. Sorry for the inconvenience."

So after "further modifcations" they unfixed the bugs that they confirmed were fixed from the original query.... (or the cynical amougst you may read into it that they did feck all but say the bugs were fixed when they werent)

1) either they lied orginally when they said they had fixed the bugs (99%)

2) Or as they put it: They fixed the bugs then made further modifcations which now mean the bugs cant be fixed till 1.61 (yer right)

I know I have a tendancy to whine more than your average lurikeen, but am I the only one that thinks this is way way sub standard customer service. Its means we have payed for an expansion that wont be fully functional to at least 3-4 months after it was purchased.

Roll on 1.61 , but I wouldnt count on this patch fixing anything if track record is counted. And I wouldnt count on to many players being left to enjoy it.

well, f it makes u happy, albs have sum trouble too, theres a undoable quest keeping me 1 item away from my sc template (ubercapped ;p ) It needs like 4-5 fg and only main group gets step so u need to wait hours to respawn so other group gets it etc and at the end its bugged and u wont get rewards... fun stuff

If anyone wants to take SI back to the shops to get full refund I will happily forward on their Email response that acknowledges there are bugs with some of the key features the game advertised. Show this to the retailers and you are more than entitled to your money back in my opinion (pretty much leggaly sound)...

GOA can then go through the rigmoral of trying to deactivate linked SI accounts by tracking back the SI CD codes.

actually taking it back to the shop wouldnt b that bad idea ;P both my chars are again bound at ligen (cant b arsed to load zones 2 times while releasing from emain) and never playing on SI zones. (neither new classes)

You can get the reward lofff, you just then get locked out of the room so can;t help anyone else get it until you complete the quest... whicvh you can't do cos it's bugged.

And Goa/Mythic reckon they will have more expansions eventually, Lmfao, several games come out soon which will imo bone Daoc, wy would anyone want to play sub standard bugged crap in 2/3 months time when we will have eq2, shadowbain, SWG. Goa are priceless. btw avoid world of warcraft. expect huge server lag, plenty of LD, zone crashes, patch cock ups etc, GOA have their mucky little hands in it

i wont bother with the quest till patch due to all this crap. Altho that belt is the only part am missing on my template ;P and 4bubs to 50 tho

Tempted m8, due to GFX engine updates, i have to now upgrade my GFX card to play Classic Daoc, never mind about SI!

What do GOA have to say in response to my problem?

"You need a 3d card to play DAoC"

Hmm.... (rubs chin) my set-up still conforms to the origional specs for the game....
