One of the best shades around who was able to take on higher rr enemies at rr3 without much problems... let's say I'm glad I play hib

Actually it is, because RR11 != RR11. If he always takes you out, it's a different matter, if occasinally, then it's due to timers, or?

without pa itll be damn hard to take out a rr11 when hes rr3 but if some rr11 assasins decide to not use remedy and spike to evening out the fights he got the chance. Hes done it several times and he deserves evey1 of em. Most good players like feap whenever they roll a new toon theyll get evened fights till rr6-7 after that is another story
