I hate it. Its like, I know what my opinions are, and they come in with their opinions, and you have to strike a happy medium, whether the guys a wanker or not.

Think I'll get pissed later, that'll help.

LoL, That reminds me, we had a female (apparently) apprentice a few years back. Rough as a badgers arse she was, anyway, we were all minding our p's and q's for a couple of weeks, when one morning at shift change she laid it on the line.

I'm beautiful and a mechanical technician but I ain't blonde, also male does that count against me.
I work for a large leisure company that own a chain of hotels and entertainment centres around England but in the specific complex I work in we have a lot of fit young girls there working behind the counters during the summer, however an unusual amount of them are or get pregnant, nothing to do with me. There were 5 pregnancies in one department last year alone.

Control techs and electricans, yup I've worked with a couple of good looking blonde ones but the only clanky was fat, ugly and came from the far north of Scotland.

As for appraisals, oh god do they suck big time, I've just had mine and god knows why I agreed to do so much extra stuff this year.
