Furious :(

I just bought planetside from a Game store in aberdeen. Put in the key to activate account and get : already in use.

So i goto SOE homepage try again via there and get same. From what i know also Game dont cover 10days returns with online games as the £30 is pretty much just for that number.

Anyone had this prob?

Well i've wrote to game customer services but i won't hold my breath.

Take it back to game - explain the CD key was in use.

They -should- give you a new one and send the old one back to be written off etc.

The 10 day policy doesn't cover online games because of the reason you're having at the moment, however it will cover it if the game is faulty or your CD key is in use etc.

I have had similar issues and had no problem at all getting a replacement through Game. Take it back and explain and hopefully you'll be fine
