I have 42 in shield as well, and yesterday i blocked like 10-15 times on each mob in DF (lvl 60 mobs)

But this streak is utterly cool

If you had endurance that spear would have wasted him in very few hits.

He would, especially cuz i was out of endurance and I only had 50% health (fell of the milegate)

But anyway it doesn't matter much anymore, we archers are done for, we had our best time (actually not me cuz i was only 50 for a few weeks).

I'm being revealed by greycons and I can't seem to purge stun attacks for some reason, these realmabilities messed up everything. (and don't start talking 'then don't go solo anymore' cuz I leveled to 50 to have a good solo class and now they decided to change it afterwards)

Ofcourse I'm not the only scout or archer with this problem, hunters and rangers must be having a difficult time trying to sneak around in the frontiers too now

I won't be playing much anymore, and im not interested in levelling another char to 50

Yeah ofcourse, if you press it at the right moment at the right place, and it still doesn't save you from detection.

as Xanoo mentioned both was out of end, and hitting someone without styles with ~200 dex and 42 shield base he'll block like 90%+. Wish there weren't any styles so my armsman with 42 + 12 shield would do anything good .

That spec would give you about (5% + 21%)*1.2 or so block rate. Or maybe 5+21+20... not sure really. But no where near 90% unless you use engage.

nope I wasn't buffed, I ran over to Xanoo, sticked to him, slammed him, and then Xanoo appeared as if he was sliding off the mg, and because I was sticked, I DID fall :\
So I ran back up the stairs with no end left and only 50% health and attacked him, guess I was pretty lucky I survived cuz I was badly injured and couldn't even perform my slam-shoot-shoot trick because dumb morch fell off the wall

ps: my unbuffed dex is 215, the max with items (or was it 210? ah well I'm at work so can't check hehe)
