What odds would you give a inf being chased by BD and thane.
I was minding my own business skulking at mmg while a few mids broke through and hit my dot mine that was ment for the mid stealthers there,
The dot hit a BD pet and the pet started running to my direction , I saw that there was at least another mid running with the BD after the pet so I started to sprint towards the lake.
I thought it would go something like
1) BD meets inf , BD sends pet after inf , inf runs to the other side of emain
BD gets tired of chasing and calls pets back.
or
2) BD has speed , pet destealths inf , speeder and BD kill inf and laugh at body.
I stealthed past a red mob in the lake in hope it will aggro the dread commander but to my dismay the dread commander kept running to me thou one of the skellies got engaged..
Since I had no choice I pa’ed the dread commander I left it with low hits so the dot would kill it since the healer pet was engaged and started sprinting again getting hit for 200 by some bolt.
I kept sprinting and vanished. The pet died from the dot and I turned around hopping to see the mob mowing down the chasing mids , unfortunately the mob seems to be informed about the mids lack of hygiene and was reluctant to attack , or maybe it wasn’t able to leave the lake if you believe it.
I saw 2 mids away from the mob ,the BD and a dwarf , the dwarf was sitting getting his end back and the bd was probably trying to create his skellies.
Assuming that no mid stealthier was around, I quickly went to him and pa’ed him and was able to complete the chain and drop him , than engaged the thane which wasn’t prepared for the attack and after a short skirmish dropped him.
The BD was lvl 50 with 100k rps the thane was lvl 47.
They were unbuffed except for self buffs..
I was rewarded with 1.7k rps.
They other two main characters in this story were chemos and throfthgar
And now a story where I died ridiculously.
I was in a fg with 3 clerics and 1 friar , some hunter started shooting me , I wasn’t worried because I had so many healers around me which weren’t engaged but no one healed me on time and they didn’t spot the hunter. So I died.
