Does NS have any kind of ability to make me fumble for 10 secs?

RA/artifact/??

RR5 ability?

ok I attacked the dude for like 5 secs... no swing then just fumble for 10 more while being attacked back... then I vansished from the fight.

Zo Bracer has some kinda lvl 10 ability that causes enemies to miscast/fumble melee/miss heals etc. but dunno how long it lasts for since my bracers only lvl 9

you dont need to worry to much, mine has only gone off twice that i can remember in around 400k of solo

Depends on the race you play and character gender.. Female Elfs need hood down for example; while Shar males need hood up.
