As 90% of my crafting requests are for MP items I have decided to totally alter my pricing so I can get rid of 99% quality junk and make MP stuff instead, so I have lowered the price of my 99% stuff and listed prices for MP stuff.
Now I might get comments like you cant charge 20p for a premade chain MP suit but bear in mind it costs me 20p 510g just to make such a suit on average, and you might get luck on a per retry last 2 chain MP suit orders did.

Just out of curiosity, how much do you get for the "near-miss" attempts when you have to do retries for the magical 100%? Say someone orders MP hauberk, and it takes 3 tries to get one, that presumably leaves you with 2 non-MP but still v.high qual hauberks, right? So it's not like they're a dead loss...

The remaining 2 would be random quality between 94% and 99%, but would be sold back to the merchant to offset the price of retrys.

Ah, OK...I'd love a set of MP chain but the extortionately high prices (i.e. being in work there's no way I have enough time to farm that kind of cash) make it essentially impossible for me .

settle on a 99% then 3.6 p is affordable i think well unless ur xandax the poor but then he dont us chain anyway. not that he can afford the 99% leather either
