1) Underwear. Briefs or y-fronts will stop your balls from swinging freely.
2) Amputation. Do you really *need* that bollock?

used to happen to me alot till the mrs got me tesco branded cotton boxers
tho while it happened i found rubbing vaseline on my nut sack and thigh made it much less irritating . also you want to buy your self these blue pads chemists sell, stick in fridge freezer for the day and stick it between the sack and the thigh when you get home.

I just have holes worn into the inside legs of nearly all of my CK boxers now from rubbing, its canny annoying.
