He missed 3 times in a row(pure misses) on Tomatera with uberb00fed dex and 64 longbow I think it was. Then he snapped. Come baaack :(

Well he IS and idiot if he quits coz he missed 3 times on a bard, which btw is one of the best bards around imo (not that it has anything to do with his misses)

edit: And it wasn't 3 misses that made him quit(not sure if he HAs quit). That was just the last drop.

well clerics has blocked 3 arrows in a row for me :eek:
and when u hit em they got reactive dot procs so i get interupted #&(%YR

Buffed unspecced shield is equally as good or better than unbuffed specced shield not counting engage. :(

PBT missing is one thing. Missing 3 times in a row (not PBT) is extreme badluck. Archers are the nerfed of nerfed.

(Hey w8, Lets make a RA that sucks cheaper, should add it up).

Aaaah, I guess that because it was an archer that was buffed he decided to let it slide and just use his standard 'nerfed archers' whine.

I have a clear recollection of dodging 3 of Aussie's arrows in a row a long time ago on AMG in emain, seems some peeps take it in the spirit of the game, and dont spit the dummy, take their ball and go home to sulk :)

tomatera is at a constant twist...I think you will find range to be the biggest problem here.

Jerigot hasn't quit cause I was omw to suicide in emain when I saw him so I sat down and let him shoot me - he didnt miss any of those shots ;)

i feel his pain

u have to really like the concept of playing an archer rather than the conept of killing someone....

Most of the people that played archers just cuz they were good have long since quit.

The miss and fumble rate is ridiculous.. I could understand it if when the shots did land the damage was high... but it isnt... its pathetic versus now against anything other than cloth... and with ever rookie uner the sun being capped on all melee resists you might as well spit at someone rather than shoot them.

I would guess it would take about 60-70 arrows to drop a PBT'd shield tank nowadays. taking into account misses and blocks.

I was shooting some dumb infiltrator today (no names) from behind a tree.... he didnt seem to understand the concept of using face so I got about 10 shots off b4 he finally found me... only 2 landed. (I have 58 bow skill too)

the reason i snapped cause thats hardly the first time it happends, it HAPPENDS all the fucking time... (not including pbt or anything here, talking pure misses)

I would be pissed to, but why quit coz of 3 misses? Even if it happend 10+ times, cant be the only reason for you to quit?

Well I needed to get to si quickly cause I was late so was looking for anyone to release to - you just happened to be the first to come along ;). Surrendered a few times to make sure you got the message unlike the kobby that ran away from me :D

Ppl who play a certain class because it "pwns" should quit imo. No harm done.

Sums up the plight of archer classes pretty well, retired my ranger coz of similar issues, but plan on resurrecting him some day.......if Mythic sort out archers that is :)
