Frozen griffon mantle question

I have searched some CM's and on this tradeforum without being able to find the Frozen griffon mantle up for trade. Does anyone know about how much they sell for, and possibly where I can pick one up (CM lotnumber etc)? Thankful for any tips you can give me.

As far as I know the griffon mantles only drop from Torst and maybe the regular griffons around him so I think they are pretty rare.
