Who said you can't use it? All you have to do is avoid spaming it as spam is an offence stated in CoC, also spaming /rude can be treated as harrasment.

If U can't express your feelings about a character when U win a fight, what's the point of emote!?

if so, there is NOTHING wrong with them, even if it was spam! If GOA opened their eyes, then Emote spam and /yell has been used by ALOT of stealthers to make a solo character turn in their direction for a PA ... oldest trick in the book ffs!!!1
This is definatly crossing the line imo. Im gonna emote spam the rest of my life on Warlocks, even if it get's me banned... playing a WL deserves /rude emote spam!
1) Why didn't the Warlock just release to his BB, thus avoiding the emotes?
2) Why didn't the Warlock disable emotes?
3) Where in the CoC does it say that 'You must not use emotes against enemies, which is actually part of the game'???
4) Is there a CoC against Enemy players!? Like 'U must not kill Warlocks'!?

well emote spamming is retarded, but doing it on warlocks is perfectly fine heh. i wish you could get warlocks banned for adding, isn't that harassment too? -.-

I remember some time ago on Pry someone made chars named horrid things about a friend and suicided them in emain where he used to RvR alot so he saw the graves, GoA did nothing, but they ban emotion spam?

if goa don't like "/rude" emote why they don't remove it at the next patch ? also they can nerf it with re-use timer!
Its not the fact they don't like rude its the spamming of it they (and the reporting player) doesn't like, especially when they are simultaneously jumping up and down on your head for 5 mins (i.e. till you auto - I left it that long once to see how long the other player would keep doing it for - IMO that is one screwed up player!)
I was tempted to report the above case but chose (and still choose) to laugh at them irl instead; btw I've had it done to me around 5-10 times in total and on my Runy, SB and Warlock, so its not a class thing or even a personal thing (as I had never seen half of them before).
For the players concerned 3 days of fresh air, as delivered by GOA is probably a good thing, it is a game after all so deep breaths all you rude spammers ;-)
