The nurse said i could of died, 6months a go a guy got punched like idid in the same place (outside this club) fell and hit his head on the kirb, he died.

Im absolutly fucked, mixing peoples names up not realising what day it is. Doctor said i need to rest.

Due to the fact he has no previous convictions, this fucking minge is getting off with a caution. I think not.

mate you must be able to appeal that, due to the severity of your injury, surely theres cctv around also to back up your claim and ofcourse your girlfriend as a witness. I wouldn't seek revenge by your means, just try and get a real conviction would cause more distress to him for sure rather than some body injuries.

That is an absolute crock of shit given that you could have died but revenge doesn't sound like a tremendously good idea. Though from what you've said it sound like the guy needs to be mutilated, chances are if you go for revenge you'll end up in more trouble than he did. Is that worth it?

Seriously though, you can £X,000 for being in a small car accident with hardly anything to prove injuries wise, and you clearly have some physical ones at least. I would seek professional therapy advice immediately, then show trauma and then sue like a bastard. He'll get raped.
