If we would be as reliable with paying for the services provided by GOA and the rest of France Telecom as they are when they try to privde the service would the unerstand a few skipped bills, several late ones, problems with the amount, etc?

If GOA employees would get money for what they do at the same reliability would that make them happy, when they would be unable to pay for their food, or bills?
