I used to play paint ball in torny's, Best advice i can offer is that you wear boots/trainers that protect your ankels, also so some light weight gloves....it stings like f**k if you get hit on the hand.

Dont worry about tactics to much most people just run around shooting the sh*t out of each other

Most important thing is to have fun.

Heh. Thanks, fellas. I'm really looking forward to meh paintballing, but it means I've got to get up at 8am.

Got some old crappy DMs so I'll wear those. They supply gloves and stuff.

I plan on trying a variety of online tactics including;

• camping
• storming (and then swearing at my team-mates for not backing me up when I charged off on my own)
• team killing
• rocket jumping (not sure how to do this one)
• sniping (including whinging about lack of accuracy on my 'poxy gun' and claiming to be the most important member of the team)
• lag (plan to occasionally stop running in mid-air for a few seconds then reappear 100 metres away, dead)

I'll let you know how it goes.
