Huge important question here Does anybody know a good friar cloack but that isnt Oil rag or Hooded blades cloacks ?

Have you done your epic quests? I think there is a mantle involved along the road...something like Prayer bound Vestment

Cant say anything about the quality of the thingie thou

But most certainly not something to build a template around if it was what you were after

epic cloack = +6 power so kinda crap summoners mantle also sumthin hard to get and icy vigor never heard of that o0

i use the df Pyre walkers cloak .. fits perfectly in my sc template (all capped stats) cheap and easy to replace unlike some cloaks

Drops in Dodens Gruva, from Thane Dryggve. need 2 ppl (3 depending on what classes it is) to get it.
