And Vegas is outdated imo!!! Gonna sit down and HC study Adobe After Effects tutorials the coming weeks. ^^ Can do so much more with that program only bad thing, or well 'bad' thing is that its so damn advanced.

No DAoC movies got real editing skillz imo.. Check out CS Movies like "Awoken Eyes" and such. 6 Months of editing, thats really nice sh*t!

Editing FPS movies are soooo much more fun and gives a bucketload of more options seeing as it's much more actionpacked than a daoc fight will ever be.
Shorter fights, more stuffs happening at a faster pace etc.

after effects are really cool...you can do almost anything. I hade several courses in it when studying photo/video etc in past. They used some of the stuff in there in starwars movies etc. So sky is the limit. But every little thing takes like a month to make...so good luck

If you put that much editing into a daoc movie you wouldn't know what was going on tbh

Over editing any game movies is bad tbh, is all well knowing how to do some fancy effects but knowing where to use them is completely different and thats where a lot of people fail.

I used to have some great videos of sujoy playing and XC.Psychopath and the great fights of England vs other national countries in Quakeworld. 4Kings I think was another decent clan, FF were amazing, 9, QPD, ahhh the good old days of Wireplay and then Barrysworld Quake Leagues.

I really must download a quakeworld viewer and watch some of these demos as some of them were simply amazing :>

Tried to render this for my site. Can't seem to run it through any editing program as it keeps breaking down at the beginning. Not sure if I am lacking some codex or the file is corrupted or faulty in some way? Having trouble playing it too? Anyone else having this problem?
