Strange problem I am having with 3D Mark 2001SE. When it runs every so often it freezes for 5-10 seconds and then just continues. The frame rate stays constant the whole way. It doesnt seem to affect the final bench mark though as I am getting 18914.
Not sure if this is going to start affecting other apps as well.

Any one seen this before? Should I be concerned.

Running
Operating System: Windows XP Home Edition (5.1, Build 2600) SP 2
Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) 64 Processor 3200+, MMX, 3DNow, ~2.0GHz
Memory: 512MB RAM
DirectX Version: DirectX 9.0c (4.09.0000.0904)
Mobo : MSI MS-7025 K8N Neo2 Platinum (latest bios and nforce drivers)
GFX : Card name: NVIDIA GeForce 6800 GT (latest drivers)
Temperatures are all low.

Its kinda cold here as well.

For future forumites. It has now been fixed by disabling agp fast write in the bios. 3dmark2001 is over 20k now.

aye, but that fast write function is generally iffy imo. I've never seen an implementation that benifited from it yet :/
