Freelevel question

I have a character who dinged 24 in Thid though now I have a freelevel and some spec points.
Seeing as I want to stay in Thid with this character and, if possible, also spec the points I have from dinging 24 is this possible or not?
Remember seeing some information about this some time ago though can't seem to find it anymore.

From 1.73 patchnotes:

- Added the /freelevel command. This command will tell you the current free level status for your character. Typing '/freelevel decline' will allow you to decline your free level. If you decline, your free level is completely discarded and you will have to level again and wait out the next free level period in order to get another free level.

You have to do this before visiting your trainer and you have to do it for every free level you get that you don't want.

The original question is thus answered, but let me just add that in patch 1.81 there will be a toggle command to turn xp and rps on/off, especially intended to be used in BGs.

I think they are /xpoff and /rpsoff, but not 100% sure on that.
