Actually its personal choice what you do and do not look at, its not judged simply by what age you are. Not everyone wants links shoved in their faces, people may be at work or in a public area. A lot of people using this forum are actually quite young I think you will find. I think the fact the majority of you are saying that Wij should come back because he did nothing wrong is flawed. He did, he posted hardcore dodgy images on a public forum. Until you lot see that and Wij himself apologises then I dont see why he should be let back in.

Other people here have been punished for less, Embattle for example. Wij isn't an exception simply because he has been here a long time.

I didn't see the original post. I was under the impression that it was a link to goatse, not a photo. Sure, full size images of said rectal spreadage are prolly too much.

However, you are deffo reading too much into the reasoning behind the 'Free Wij' thing. My primary interest is because it's funny (or at least was), I'm 100% sure Summo is the same. As for others, I can't speak for them, however, this isn't some kind of major OMGS HE HAS DONE NOTHING WRONG YUO BASTARDS THING.

Chill out, and try to see the funny side, you'd prolly come across a lot less pompously if you did.

Those of us that have been here for a while know that links can lead to ugly stuff. Newer members would not expect that kind of crap in their face. It could (easily) be argued that there is worse stuff on the net, but lots of us browse at work. Stuff like that can get the attention of the sysadmins.
The gay pics that got posted a while ago should have educated Wij that it's unacceptable in a forum such as this.

That said a permanent ban would be harsh.

Yeah it was a link mate, however I was stupid enough to click on it, and ive been here for ages ...
Had it been a link that said "click here to see a picture of a deformed blokes arse" I wouldnt have clicked on it, however as it seemed a jokey "this is a picture of my sister" link I did.
Damn my nievety I suppose ! ive only ever seen that pic once before btw, when it was spammed on these forums.
