Abit bored atm, was thinking of building a webbie for my new Ui release,
anyone know a decent free web site etc? maybe one u can choose decent domain names.

most websites / hosting firms normally cost somthing in the regious of a few pounds to register and run. Normally with the option to register any domain name you like. Generally you pay a little bit more for extra features like PHP or forums and stuff but still if you can afford daoc you could probbly afford some cheap webspace.
