Free IIS log file analyzer?

Does anyone know of, or have experience of a good free (GPL, whatever) IIS log file analysis tool.

I'm doing my own searching and finding a few, but I'd hate to mess around for hours with something rubbish only to find out there's a great one somewhere.

I've got AWstats downloaded, but it's a pain to setup and means installing and configuring perl.

Anyone?

Yeah, that's the one I mentioned above. My problem is that I don't have access to the webserver itself, only the logfiles and setting up perl may be a problem on the PC I'm using.

I myself use Analog on my apache hosted site, the site claims it works for IIS logs too. Here is a sample result.

I have no control over the box so it might be what you want
