What kind of 'template'? Are you using a piece of content management software (like Wordpress, Textpattern or phpNuke) to generate pages, or have you just created yourself a .html file? If it's the latter than you should find that your ISP will have given you some webspace for free and you can put it up there. If you're using anything advanced, though, then you'll need to pay for hosting. PHP language and database support for free is scarce, and when it's not scarce it's shite.

ive a got a .html file, and the images that are needed for the template. at the webspace provided by my ISP is in use
