Question Free backup software...

...preferably open-source (as I'm of that bent, though I'm not sure why) :)

Would like to automate a few things without having to write xcopy scripts myself. What do you guys use?

I'm using rsync here: rsync download (you may want to look at the cwRsync packages for Win32), nightly backup to off site host and vice-versa - so far so good...

I'd do off-site but it'd take about a year on Virgin Media to do the initial backup, and then several days for incrementals :(
