So, the plans are almost in place, TdC has finally almost booked his holiday, and I thought it was time to firm up the plans.
So, Freddysbeer will be held at, depending on the weather, either the Pear Tree (huge beer garden), or Native State (indoors, good food, two minutes from the Pear Tree), on Saturday the 6th of May. I'm aware that anyone travelling up from Englandshire may have a different opinion of what is good weather, but my definition is "not actually raining". I was thinking of an 8pm kickoff, but I am open to negotation.
Freddybike will be taking place the next day, dependant on how dead I'm feeling. I think a trip to Glentress (near Peebles) would be the best idea. I'll firm up the time and route once I get an idea of numbers, and how good the attendees are at this offroad biking lark. We may have the optional "See if Wilier can lap us" challenge.
