I got no problems paying for it, I have legal versions of both lightwave and maya even, my issue was the fact that they released a new version fo the application a week after I bought it and gave me a tiny discount to buy the new Suite. My entire week old adobe suite(photoshop, golive, illustrator and indesign) gets the same discount as someone who has owned photshop only for a year, that sucks.Originally posted by old.Niljindil
The reason the prices are insane on such programs as adobe photoshop and 3d studio max is because the companies that make them want to sell them to people that are going to make money off of them. Which, for the companies that need the progs, is a drop in the ocean(compared to the average PC owner anyway).
