FPS drop after some playing

Since last patch I've had a strange problem with fps dropping after a couple of hours playing. Relogging fixes it, /vidreset doesnt help at all. In typical ~4-5hour rvr session I often have to relog twice. Happens with both ToA and DR clients.

FPS is worst in water or when facing a keep or tower, otherwise it's just bad. Got all latest drivers etc, tried also some older ati gfx drivers (think all were 6.x series tho) with no difference. Anyone else experienced the same and/or know a solution?

Computer setup:

Athlon 64 3200+
MSI K8T NEO
1GB RAM
Radeon 9800Pro
WinXP pro SP2

I had the same thing when i was using the same mobo and graphics card (different cpu, slower infact)

Didn't find a solution to it, other than to upgrade my pc

Now running FX57, 1gb ddr and a X1800XL and its fine.

balls drop after some wanking too, and there's nothing you can do about it

From what I understand its usually either GFX card or RAM. I have 1gb RAM in my 2nd PC, but only a GF4 4200 GFX card..and it has the same problems, but I know for a fact its coz of the crappy last century gfx card
