Motoring Formula One 2011 Season

It's finally here! Due to the unrest in Bahrain the first race of the season is this weekend at Albert Park, Melbourne, Australia.

Who will win?
How long will the tyres last?
How many races will HRT and Virgin meet the 107% qualifying time?
Will Bernie finally go insane?


Personally I will be cheering on Jenson Button and Mark Webber, the McLaren suddenly seems to have found some speed, so expect Vettel on pole for the race on Sunday.

Good advert. TBH the only time I watch adverts nowadays is when someone posts 'em online.

As for the season, I'll miss the first race as I'm campin' this weekend. I'll have to catch it on iplayer when I get back.

Lots of artificial shite going on to make racing more "exciting" unfortunately. The tyres have been designed to wear out after about 17 laps so there'll be 3 or 4 pitstops per race for new tyres. That kers system makes an unwelcome return and the big gay flexible rear wing thing is just silly.

Should be exciting tho.
