Okay should an admin do this? Tbh I am not sure, yes it will give more ballenced teams and thus more fun imho. On the other hand it can also be really satisfying to work with 1 or 2 people who know what to do.

I dont think an admin should force anything related to server settings. Let the voting system reflect what the players want.

voting is the best way, it does seem a bit wacky though. Seems to count people who don't vote as No votes.

i think a GM should just force XP shuffle the teams if there was a vote for and the "yes" were more then the "no" instead of coun ting the no otes as "no". In any case not willing to force XP shuffle last night caused the railgun level to be over and done in 3 minutes.... (minimum time is about 2 and a half minute)
There were votes for XP shuffle, but it ended only 7yes - 5no or something each time.........
Anyways do with it what u like if the teams suxx0r i try to vote fix em otherwise i leave hehehe
