I liked the bit about flying the Saudis out of the country. It states that this was authorised by Richard Clarke, who Moore supposedly likes, so Moore's judgement must be bad! The fact that the administration denied the flights ever took place at all is conveniently sidestepped.

That's the point isn't it? Moore has plenty of 'facts' but they're selectively used to throw stones and strung together don't form a coherent argument. That's why he things he can offer money to anyone who can disprove one of his 'facts'; there's nothing wrong with them in isolation, he just misuses them or only uses the part of a fact he's interested in.

Probably the biggest problem with the entire debate is the way we are given the information. Whatever source or sources we use give their own slant, wether this is intentional or not is a moot point. Both of the points of view used above are from diametrically opposed camps, the truth would therefore lie somewhere in the middle. America is not the honest upright policeman, ala Dixon of Dock Green, of the world, but it is not the Bogey man either.

If YOUR family had been brutalized in these ways, would YOU fight back? By fighting back, would YOU be called a "terrorist?"
