He was very complimentary about the crew (calling them "family" etc.), the problem was Chuck Lorre, Sheen went all Mel Gibson on his ass. And since Lorre is the main writer and Producer, that's all she wrote. I'm inclined to think Sheen did this deliberately. Everyone knew this was going to be the last season anyway, then there was a hiatus for his rehab, and I just think he cba to go back to filming that last 6-7 episodes, so he did this. Admittedly at $2M an episode that's a big price to pay, but he's made 100s of millions off 2.5 Men already, and if he gets anything from syndication he'll carry on earning from the show. The only people who lose are the fans.

He isn't harming anyone, infact it is the media promoting the drug taking by giving this such extensive coverage and allowing him to make them look stupid in the process. I have zero issue with Charlie Sheen getting stones, fucked up, drunk and shagging prozzies as long as it is only his own life he is damaging.

I do worry about the effect on his kids though, if he keeps partying hard like this then he may be gone long before they are adults. That would be the real shame of this situation.
