For the love of God, nooooo!!

Here's a lovely little story:

Logged on last night at around 8pm after dozing off in front of the TV for a few hours and started salvaging some items for a guildmate. A few minutes later I got a PM from another guildmate asking for help with an epic quest, so I set off for caille.

So anyways, I'm stood their waiting for the group to arrive and I notice that my nice shiny MP cresent sword (only one I've ever made) has dropped a con point, move it to my inv, shift + r, click repair and continue to chops away on guildchat.

I notice a movement in the chat window above, I think to myself 'ah, it's repaired', imagine the wonderful suprise I had when I received the message ' You have salvaged 27 arcanite bars from the shimmeringarcaniteblahblahblah'.

On the bright side I don't need a MP sword for my SC setup and I got 27 arc bars!

Just wondering if anyone else has any storys related to being a complete helmet and accidently 'losing' some MP items

Managed to sell my newly SCed MP bow to a merchant when i sold some loot.
Made a new bow and blew it up with sc.

I haven't personally managed anything like that, but I must offer kudos to Dinfar for accidentally salvaging a Legion hauberk and Stormriderx for accidentally selling an MP shield he had made for Danita that took around 50 attempts

Once took off my helmet while crafting to repair it and salvaged it by accident, but wasnt lvl 51 mp tho, least you can see the funny side, which is good

scing sum stuff for my bard (was 32/28 oc) using 99qua gems managed to mess it and use the spare lower qua (94-98) instead of the 99qua ones, it didnt blow ;D
