carbonara?

cook the chicken in a frying pan, season as you please. fry some chopped bacon in the same juices.

put some butter in a seperate sauce pan. cook in that some mushrooms and spring onion untill theyre nicely done, pour in some elmlea cream and greated cheese.

cook all that shit up until its done, stir in your chicken pieces and put on some pasta.

if you've any cream cheese fry some garlic and add cream cheese, grill the chicken and boil the pasta then mix it all together. Easy peasy.

If you don't have cream cheese, boil some milk, add a blob of butter and grate cheese into it until melted... tbh i'd add veg aswell.

Just do your best and if it goes ropey call the take away lol but experimentation can have wonderful (and dredful) results, but you never know till you try!

I'd go for a spanish chicken thing, chop the breasts if you wish i prefer to jut leave them whole though. Usually just do it in a casserole dish or something, onions, garlic, im sure that pasta sauce will work, some bell peppers, seasoning, some paprika and chilli powder if you have any kicking around and just serve on pasta.

and having realised i just wrote a spanish thing well if you can call it that i realised you said italian but oh well it's still good

Or you could go for a chicken pasta bake thing

if you want to make a proper carbonara then don't put any cream in it.

crack an egg in right at the end and make sure it doesnt scramble.

A quick google turned up This:

or just make a quick marinade, fry the chicken, cook the pasta, and turn it all in some red pesto
and maybe add in little chopped sundried tomatos, salt, pepper, and a wee bit crumbled feta.
quick, easy no fuss

put chicken in a ovenpan-thingy :p
pour on superduper sauce (creme fraiche, Dijon mustard, soy, garlic and ... hönsbuljong :) ) , put fried bacon parts on top of it and grated cheese :)
oven at 175 degrees for hmm 45 min? :p

yum yum
