For People Around LvL 10 Needing To LvL

I was just woundering wud any 1 want to arrange a little lvling event for around lvl 10 and - to get there chars high we cud do it at the weekend and get the lower lvls(lvl 10-) to about 20 maybe any 1 wanna help me arrange it ?
