whatever dude. If you want to fight me in the water and you continue to straffe there is no way I can counteract your lame tactics without backing up. I will not just stand there and let you straffe around like a dancing flea without backing up. I have no choice but to back up. So...again...I will say.../unstick and move towards me. Stop straffing like a wally and then we can have a toe to toe fight. Straffing is in my opinion the lamest way of fighting ever, the game mechanics allow you to do it, but i will do everything in my power to counteract it. And sadly that really is just backing up while fighting.

Its ofc ok to move back a bit... but if you bee line backwards perminently you are lamering up big style and creating a stupid fight where your opponent cannot do much.

So Censi what am I supposed to do when some lamer is constantly straffing around me running through and basically abusing the game mechincs to try and get off a side stun or back stun on me when I'm obviously face to face with him? I get out of view messages all the time when ppl straff around me and I miss loads because of it. In any fight where you are face to face with someone there is no way in hell that you should be able to get a side stun or back stun off, but it happens, and it happens way too much. Straffing. So I back up. On land and in the water. I personally dont think I have much of a choice other than just walking backward to try and counteract these crap tactics from some of my opponents. I didn't realise this was a bug but hell, I can't really see what else I can do?

No I never have tried to straff or run through to get a rear stun off, I don't know how and I dont care to try. There is no one in this game who I have ever done that on...You on the other hand straff like a monkey in every fight I've had with you. In my mind that is a lame tactic. So you tell me what am I supposed to do when I'm fighting you on land and in water to counteract your supposed clean and honourable tactics of straffing around to make me get out of view messages and for you to hit me from every angle? If you can come up with a good way of avoiding you running through me, straffing and trying to win via your clean fighting techniques let me know. Straffing is without a doubt the lamest way of fighting ever. Its abusing the game mechanics. I hate it when ppl do it to me, I don't know of any way to avoid it but walk backwards. I also know that when I am fighting someone in water and they back up then I have to /unstick and come closer to them to hit them...I dont come here and whine about it. Let me reiterate it for you...there is no way in hell that a person walking backwards is faster than a person walking forwards. None. Whatsoever. Denada. /Unstick and come at me and fight normally. If you rely on the /stick function that allows you to spam <q><w> to straff around me then its your problem not mine if I wlk backwards. It just means I have to use a load more buttons on my keyboard to fight.

So when you fight me and you straff around why not try something new. Stop straffing and I'll stop walking backwards. Simple and easy.

never had any problems with strafers whatsoever on hunter you walk back and rotate ever so slightley in the other direction that are strafing in..

You will hit them more than they hit you and they will be damn lucky to get a side stun off.

Same applys for water u edge backwards and turn a little bit if necesary, but if you go backwards in a straight line like I explained you will create a bugged situation where your "not in view" or too far away to hit even though u hit back.

If that tickles your pickle then do it. but you are abusing a bug.
