For Growler or whoever can explain this

I have a low lvl Skald called Growler.

Today in DF I see a Valkyn from Nazgul called exactly the same.

I think wtf, and log in my own Growler, as soon as I do this, the Valkyn char disappear.

Anyone who can explain this, or maybe is that person?

...and no, I havent gone insane, other people saw it too!

The only way two player characters can have the same name is if you deleted your Growler, this other Growler was made and then you had GOA restore yours.

My Growler have never been deleted, but its relative new, so maybe his Growler has been restored...

i dont know....

chars can only be restored either within 6 months of an account expiry, during which time the name is still "taken" or if it has been very recently deleted and the database still holds info on the char... sounds weird.....

Im a Nazgul so ill try and find who this other growler is.

Growler Nazgul 31 380 0 Savage Valkyn None <-- from duskwave

and there is no skald on it with the grow in its name, so let alone another growler. So this is some sort of bug .

we had this on hib too, with 2 Don's, just report it and someone will get name changed
