Yeah the details arent the best but if you scroll down you will see people's comments, alot of people running 720p and 1080p and getting great results. It also has DVI which is a big give away. No HDMI though but I wouldn't want that myself personally, I don't buy into all this DRM crap so I would stick to composite which looks great in 720p anyway.

-Maximum display resolution: 1366 x 768
-DVI input
:p

Fairly cheap but I wouldn't bother with LCD's before they can actually make black look black instead of gray.

I know what you mean Saggy but that is years off and if you look at other issues such as power consumption, ergonomics and MBFT statistics then LCD is just about the best of the newer technologies around. OLED is some way off sadly, plasma is just crap after 4-5 years of regular use and although you can't beat CRT for colour reproduction and viewing angle the technology still has considerable downsides. DLP can be very nice but the cost can be pretty hefty so for alot of people LCD is the perfect compromise at the moment.

Yeah, personally I bought 44" DLP-projector TV (<1000€) while waiting for better LCD's. Currently LCD is good for gaiming but shit for movies, imo (well, saw one decent Sony but it costs >5000€ so...).

Though, 10% of people can't stand regular DLP because of rainbow effect
