I agree with the scottish ***** amongst us, so what if its a ton of entrails (at best) mashed up. As long as it tastes great. Ive yet to stomach buying it, though havent really been presented with an obvious choice (with a meal i want, so try it as its part of it). But lets face it PRESUMING it tastes fantastic, go for it. Fuck the squeamish thing, its food, we eat worse. (unless you're a veggie ****, and whats the point of argueing with them, theyre clearly nuts)
