Yes it's a bit crap

But you'll be please to hear we are 1/2 way through transferring you all over to the new high speed backbone, such a big job I've been dragged over to help

5 million to do, so if you have problems it's probably us, the main problem is that BT has employed a huge Indian workforce of contractors to do it in Birmingham and I can't understand a fukin word they say

Unfortunately, we're on BT broadband and are getting this new higher speed connection BUT also being limited to 2gig a month (?!?!?!?!) so needless to say, goodbye BT ;)

Yeah and with NTL offering 10mb as the basic package soon, poor old ADSL is gonna start looking a bit pathetic, think it can stretch too 8mb if you live next door to the exchange.

Better stuff inthe pipe though, should push ordinary 'twisted copper pair' as they call it to 20mb

Your problem with misunderstanding their speech is due to the variable sound waveforms produced when nodding their heads from side to side. Simply place your hands on either side of their head and hold in one position. This should rectify the situation.
