The only information on the cd is that it contains a sample from "The roof is on fire" by Rockmaster Scott and the Dynamic Three.

Check out this website information on the Surrender album, it lists the guest vocalists on all tracks, but Hey Boy, Hey Girl is uncredited, I'd say it was one of the Brothers then, or is that what you were inplying and wanted to know which of them ?

It is. I googled it and found her name. I have completely forgotten it since though.
She isn't famous iirc and hasn't done anything noteworthy before either.
