Foppish sleeves stats for Nightshade?

Cant find any info about stats for stealthers..only caster stats.
Any1 know the abilities for NS? ..if its true u get a 5% melee pierce at lvl 5 then givf

According to toascrolls.com the lvl 10 is a /use ability that debuffs your opponent with 25% of all stats like malice proc

If i remember correctly it does
