Fop bugged for some people?

With my friar, I dont get any power from fops, neither inside realm, or in new frontiers, and im 100% sure im out of combat etc... I only regen my power the normal slow way, even thou I have fop icon blinking.

anyone else experienced this?

got the feeling the clerics die very fast... does a fop work if a cleric sets it, dies, but gets rezzed?

if the cleric dies (definite) or moves out of a certain range (this might not be true) the fop stops working
